I’ve worked with people who’ve found good matches on sites like that, but I also know of others who were definitely not happy with the results. I think it would be a good option, but you’d have to have your eyes open as always.

Heretoday, it is just like real life dating, you need to be cautious because there are some dodgy sorts out there, but there are lots of genuine people too.

I hear that one of my childhood friends is going to be marrying a guy she met on one of the sites. Hopefully I’ll get to see her over Xmas time, and get the lowdown. If I’m not sworn to secrecy, I will report.

I love that it worked out! Caution is absolutely required, of course; but there have to be good people that try these sites, and I’m glad it worked out for her, just.

A close family member joined site like that, just looking for friendship. She was very doubtful about doing it, but she met a very nice man, they got to know each other and they eventually married. They have been marriedfor almost 5 years. you need to be cautious, but I think these sites are useful.

I like the idea of a seven day trial. You may not find anyone in a week, but at least you get a flavour of the site and can decide if you want to subscribe.
