  Are you as amazed as I am when these triangles end in murder?

  The mindset that can justify this has to have a great smattering of insanity at work because it really makes no sense!

  Actually, I wonder that more murders don’t happen, especially now when women are more into outing their husband’s infidelity. SageMother has it right, though, that it’s more than a little insane!

  SageMother, who knows what goes on in the minds of these crazy lunatics.

  Here in my province, we are still reeling over the recent death of three young children. Their father killed them after accusing his wife of cheating on him.

  He is sick.

  Amazing, simply insane!!!! I believe she did help cause this murder and should hold some culpability to this crime.

  mollyL, it’s the media sensationalism that tragedies like these have hit mainstream.

  I really am keeping my fingers crossed that no more happen in the future, but you are right, who knows what goes on in their twisted little heads when someone commits a crime that involves killing their whole family.

  Debo Hobo, I know she’s really cold about it. It’s like as if she did not contribute to the deadly chain of events and placed the total blame on her lover.

  Some people don’t realize the seriousness of the situations they create, it is unbelievable!

  I cannot imagine how one goes from having an affair, serous or not, to murdering one’s spouse. It’s just amazing to me.

  Recently there have been some murder/suicides where financial difficulties were the obvious trigger.

  Could some of these “crimes of passion” be triggered by one spouse not wanting to lose the lifestyle they have become accustomed to, through divorce?

  I can’t see the embedded content, but I’ve definitely heard of some tragedies similar to the ones mentioned in the above responses.

  There was even a teen love triangle ending in murder in the last couple years.
